Nana Carol Thank you for being the mum of my amazing friend. I loved it every time you gave me the disapproving ‘mum’ look and gave me a new name. It’s been half a year without you but your presence is always around. Rest peacefully. Love Delwyn xxx

Nan, You were so special to me and you will always have a place in my heart. I am sad to have lost my biggest cheerleader but I am also so grateful that you are no longer in pain or fighting. Rest easy Nan and just know that we will be fine. Not today, not tomorrow but one day together we will be okay. You grew a strong close family around you and that wont change. I love you to the moon and back x

Although I was able to visit you once or twice in my short visits to New Zealand I never forgot our friendship at school the mischief we got up to and the great feeling that we were special because we had a twin. I send my love to your family and may you rest in peace. Shirley

Carol remained so positive & has battled with her COPD for so long to remain as independent as long as she could. She has always been so very grateful for family support & being able to stay with Vanessa & Trev provided her with ongoing security. Getting to know, then visiting Carol has been a priviledge. My thoughts are with you all. Linda
