We fondly remember our times with Uncle Bernard and Aunty Jo growing up in New Zealand. She was a very memorable woman, especially how she dealt with her hearing loss without complaining or making excuses. She was an enormous support to Bernard in all he achieved in life.Their realtionship is reflected in their extensive and close knit family. She always acted in accordance with her beliefs with integrity and humour. Our sincere condolences on your loss.

My condolences to you and your family Bernard. I have great memories of my early years, growing up in McCarthy Street. As I watched and listened to the family tributes during te funeral Mass this morning, I could see how Josephine has obvoiusly had a full and colourful life, with love at its core. May this love and the happy memories you share sustain you all at this time.
