Peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday 31 December 2021. Loved wife of David. Cherished mother of Wayne and Vicki (Shiel). Loving grandmother to her grandchildren Selena, Celeste, Estelle, Callan and Alyssa.
In preference to flowers please consider a donation of a plant for Jeanette’s garden or to the Taranaki Rescue Helicopter Trust.

A service to celebrate Jeanette’s life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Thursday 6 January 2022 at 2pm.
Due to current restrictions all attending Jeanette’s service will be required to provide a vaccine pass.
For those unable to attend, Jeanette’s funeral will be live streamed via her tribute page.

To the Brownson Whanau sending my sincere condolences to you all I’m so sad to hear of Mrs Brownsons passing I’d only just been asking after you when my sister popped up from Wellington a couple of weeks back asking how you were but she had not seen you’s in a while I will always remember you fondly a lovely kind humble niegbbour I remember mostly I’d see you gathering in or hanging out the washing at the clothesline you were always kindest to say hello to me as I’d be coming home up the track when I was a young school girl Over the years we would often chat how our families were both getting on and you always asked how my brothers in Australia we’re doing always thoughtful and caring My most recent memory was eight years ago when my Dad was still here he’d taken a fall at his home and could not move his body he’d been calling out for help for ages trapped in his own home I thank you from the bottom of my heart it was you who heard his cry’s for help and saved him from further suffering Thank you may your family all find comfort through these sad times Sending all my Aroha xxxDavina Newman
