Peacefully at Te Kuiti Hospital on Saturday 19th March 2022. Aged 89 years. Husband of Ruth. Father and father-in-law of Ken and Jenny Pinny and Susan and Bryce Biggar. Granddad of Kylie, Rachel, Casey, Jaimie, Christie and his 10 great grandchildren. A memorial service to be held St Davids Presbyterian Church, Otorohanga on Monday the 28th March at 11am. Dearest Roy, Words don't express how much you will be missed, your occasional wine and seafood chowder, your no nonsense attitude to kids and phones lol, your love for Johnny cash music, but most of all your memories of yesteryear we would discuss alot we will miss you dearly, Arohanui all the staff at the Tomo Bar and Eatery, Waitomo.
Sorry you have left us Roy. We haven't known you for a long time but did enjoy spending time with you at "the dog walk" and the occasional wine with you at the Thirsty Weta and the Huhu. R.I.P.
