O’BYRNE, Eleanor (nee Sexton):
Peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital on Monday, 21 March 2022 aged 78. Dearly loved wife of Errol, happily married for 58 and a half years. Caring Mum of Wendy & Geoff, Peter & Rachael, and the late Carol. Thoughtful and loving Nana of Ellen, Ryan, and Daniel. Loved sister-in-law of Basil (dec) & Jennifer, and Aileen & Ian Lord.

A service to celebrate Eleanor’s life will be celebrated at St Joseph’s Catholic Church 106 Powderham Street, New Plymouth, on Thursday 24 March 2022 at 10:30am. Eleanor’s family would like to include as many as possible but under current Covid-19 restrictions, numbers are limited to 100. If you would like to attend in person, please email Errol on eobyrne.nz@gmail.com. For those unable to attend are welcome to join via the live stream on Eleanor's tribute page. Vaccine passes will be required.
