Loved wife of the late Paul Teviniotekura Kautai (deceased).

Born 11 April 1936, passed away 1 May 2022 at Rotorua, New Zealand after short illness.

Loved daughter of the late Ariua Teariki Pakia and Aiu Pakia (birth parents), and Atangi Tumu and Tumu Putaura (adoptive parents).

Sister of Kaimanu (Manu) Ariva Marama (deceased) formerly of Tokoroa, Teremoana Ariua Kaimanu (deceased) formerly of Tahiti and Mataurarii (Pat) Ariva of Tokoroa.

Mother of Tumu (deceased), Teremoana Hardie, Paula Blackledge, Angelina Hooker (deceased), Stephen, Paul, Nicholas and William.

Nanny to all her grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren and all her nieces and nephews and the children who called her mum.

Family service Thursday 5 May at 6pm at Osbornes Funeral Directors Chapel, 197 Old Taupo Rd, Rotorua. Family service will be live streamed from this web page.

Funeral Service at St Mary’s Church, Seddon St Rotorua on 6 May at 11am.
Interment at Kauae Cemetery.

Will be sadly missed by all the families in New Zealand, Australia and the Cook Islands.
