"Passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospice on Monday 25 September 2017. Dearly loved wife of Ben, mother of Kayden and Xavier. A service to celebrate Wana's life will be held at The North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Monday 2 October at 3PM followed by private cremation."
