"GRACE Susan Anne. Sadly Hort lost his much loved mate and wife of 58 years suddenly at North Shore Hospital, Auckland on Monday morning 26 July 2021. She was especially loved by her son Jason, daughter Jacquie, daughter in law Terri and four grandchildren Cody, Mason, Tayla and Mackenzie. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Hibiscus Coast Chapel of Dil’s Funeral Services, 48 Waiora Road, Stanmore Bay, Auckland on Friday 30 July at 11.00am.
