So sorry for your loss. Alex was such a wonderful person. I work with Alex in the Glass trade. I was from Canada and he taught me alot about down under glazing. So sorry we did not meet again Alex. R.I.P my friend.

"Thank you grand-pa for sharing in those special values of becoming a man and bringing me up to be the man I am today. Thank you for teaching me that you can only be the best that you are when you are better than the person you were the day before and fight to be better than the version you will want to be tomorrow. Lesson well learned grand-pa.... Thank you to gran and grand-pa for been that much special to me and I will live with all those beautiful memories we all shared, holding onto them for this life time and the next to come. Blessings of God upon each and everyone of us for having shared in this life with grand-pa. With love.... Calmen and Dae-Shenell Pomone"

"My heart is shattered in pieces as we bid farewell to ou precious Dad who left us far too early. I am deeply saddened for not be able to be there in person during this time. Dad, I know Dad suffered terribly in silence during the past few months. Dad is no longer suffering and we will miss Dad immensely. It's now time for Dad to rest well safely in the arms of Jesus. MUM will miss Dad but Mum will be okay. Until we meet again. Love Dad so much, your ever loving daughter, Soraya from South Africa. "
