Working in the field of chronic illness, professionals often experience compassion fatigue. However I always felt your dealings with patients was genuine and empathetic. I recall doing a DAFNE course with you at the Wilson Centre. I have to say you were one of the best facilitators I've encountered. You were really passionate and engaged!
