Passed away peacefully with his wife, Pauline by his side, after a long illness.
Beloved husband of Pauline (nee Te Kira) and the late Rewai (nee Johnson), and precious Dad of the late Jane. Much loved brother to all his siblings, and adored Uncle Don to all his nieces and nephews, and ‘Papa Don’ of grandsons Shand and Hone, and his four mokotuarua.
Don will lay at Te Papaiouru Marae, Ohinemutu from 10 am, today (Friday), until the funeral service, at St Faiths Anglican Church on Saturday, May 14 at 11am, followed by interment at Kauae Urupa.
