It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret on 18 May 2022.
Beloved wife of the late Alexander Douglas Matheson. Cherished Mum of Gary ,Tracey, Karen, Dean.
Adored Nana of Samantha, Stacey, Rebekah, Duncan, Laura.
We find comfort in the knowledge that her hands are once more lovingly entwined in Dad's.
A service was held at St. Michael's and All Angels Anglican Church, 12 Hauraki Road, Leigh on Wednesday 25th May at 11:00am followed by interment at Leigh Cemetery.

Margaret was a wonderful wife and mother who I am pleased to have known. All the best for Wednesday my thoughts will be with you.
Sending love to Margaret’s family and remembering Margaret’s voice of love, wisdom and fantastic dry humour on the telephone. Thinking about the times you came to Australia for holidays to see Tracey and how much fun you had filling everyday to the brim. Remembering the picnic and fireworks in the Fitzroy gardens.
