PRITCHARD, Rosita Isabelle: Of Palmerston North. On May 24, 2022, peacefully at Ranfurly Residential Care Centre, aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of the late John, daughter of the late Henrietta and John Madsen, sister of the late Harold, Alistair, Trevor, and Melba, sister-in-law of Leila Madsen, loved Aunt of all her Nieces and Nephews. A service for Rosita will be held at William Cotton & Sons Funeral Chapel, 29 Beattie Street, Feilding on Wednesday June 1, 2022 at 2pm followed by private cremation. For those unable to attend, Rosita’s service will be live streamed at the top of this tribute page.

So sad to learn of dear rositas passing. We were neighbours for over 20 years. When our dad lost his battle with cancer, she let our family use her home to park during his tangi. Rosita had a small slip one day which lead to us getting to know her a little better. She shared Christmas lunch with us in 2019 and during the 2020 lockdowns.. we mucked in and helped with little errands around her home. Like bringing in the laundry. We also snuck her some of her fav treats.. 6 pack of Lift and Sour cream & Chives chippies. I remember I managed to call her once at the ranfurly resthome in feilding. Was a lovely little chat with the help of the nurses. Thank you for being the best neighbour Rosita. Our deepest sympathies to rositas family from the Kea whanau at 50.
Always remembered, never forgotten. A kind Aunt. R.I.P.
