DAVIS, Jan (nee Hall): Passed away peacefully with her loving family surrounding her at Nelson Tasman Hospice on Saturday May 28 2022, aged 72 years. Loved mum of Leah, Nick, Ryan and Jan, mother-in-law to Sarah and Georgina and “Nannie Jan” of Jordan, Alex, Sawyer, Konrad, Keyzia, Thomas and Patrick. Loved sister of Mary and Betty. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nelson Tasman Hospice online at www.nelsonhospice.org.nz or at the service. A celebration of Jan’s life will be held at the Shone and Shirley Funeral Home, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson at 11am on Wednesday June 1st, or will be live-streamed online at www.shoneandshirley.com/tributes. Jan, you were such a very special lady, whom we loved very much. Whilst we were apart so long, your impact is long, long lasting, and we will always consider you a very important person in our family story. I am so very glad to have reunited with you post-covid, and had the opportunity to share how our Jan-babies had grown up into beautiful young adults they now are, no small part to the fine beginning you helped us give them. We think of you often (always have), and you will very much be missed. Our deepest condolences to Leah, Ryan, Nick and Jan, and families. Kia kaha.
