As a long time colleague of Dorrie and a co-employee with her for many years working for Doug Hazard, I mourn the loss of a gracious lady. May she rest in peace. Bob Ancell 19th June, 2022

To dear Dorrie's family. For many years Dorrie was a loyal and very much appreciated secretary to my father Doug Hazard and dear friend to him and my mother May. As a family we have so many happy memories of Dorrie, I can still hear her laughing with Mother in the kitchen. As children, she always made us feel so welcome when we popped into the office and the younger members of the family enjoyed her as a babysitter. Sometimes in the school holidays we were allowed to help with the paper filing for a bit of pocket money but we never got used to the smell of the yukky chicory coffee essence stuff she drank! We all loved Dorrie very much and over those years she felt like part of our family. I'm sure you will miss that lovely lady very much and on behalf of all seven of Doug and May's children I would like to send you our kind wishes and condolences. Kind regards Rosalind
