Our deepest sympathies to Phil and his family. Ngaire was our unofficial mayoress of Puni street for many years. We all loved having Phil and Ngaire come to the annual street Christmas party. The party hadn't started until they arrived. They were full of laughter and banter and we will miss her cheeky smile here. RIP Ngaire. from Alana and Nick Whiting and the Puni street crew.
