WELLS, John Charles:
Passed away quietly in his sleep on Friday, 1 July 2022, aged 81. Dearest husband of Virginia. Much loved father and father-in-law of Philip, the late Catherine, Michael and Irene, and Stephen and Stasia. Grandpa of Daniel, Rebecca, Alexander, Jordan, Ethan and Sarah. Eldest son of Hec & Norma and brother of Peter. Grateful thanks to the wonderful staff at Sunhaven.

A service to celebrate John’s life will be held at Hempton Hall, 72 Carthew Street, Okato on Wednesday 6 July 2022 at 11am, followed by his burial in Okato Cemetery

Dear Virginia, Philip,Michael,Stephen &families We were soo sad to hear John had passed away. John has been a big part of our lives during our sharemilking days on the Wells farm. Such a caring and kind man. John was always there if we needed him and many great ideas and keen on modern farming practices.We have really missed John around the table on the farm discussion days.
