POLGLASE, Ngaire: Died peacefully at Stillwater Life Care and Village, 11 July 2022 aged 96. Much loved wife of the late Noel and loved mother and mother-in-law of Lorraine and Neville Malcolm, Jocelyn and Murray Sutton, and Ken and Alison. Loved Gran of Delwyn and Nathan, Leanne and Glen, Scott, Nicola and Marty, Greg and Justine, Tony and Jada, Brigette and Ricky, Steven and Ruth. Loved great-gran of 19 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Ngaire’s life will be held at Shone and Shirley Chapel, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson on Monday 18th July at 2 pm. For those unable to attend the service it will be livestreamed and available at shoneandshirley.com/tributes where you can also leave a digital message.

Memories of a capable, willing and reliable helper at Teapot Valley. Ngaire and Noel did so much to make the place what it is today. Sympathy to you all but we "grieve not as others" knowing she fought and dood fight and is safe in her Saviour's arms.
We have just watched the service on line - what a privilege to have been able to 'join in' and celebrate your Mums well lived life. Ken you lead a wonderful homely & honouring service. It was wonderful to to be a part of it in this way. Our loving sympathy and prayers as you grieve, laugh and enjoy your memories, knowing your Mum is 'safely HOME'.
Thinking of you all with love and prayer. I am a close contact of someone who tested positive for Covid today, (Amanda) so thought it wise to stay away from the service today. Will watch on-line. Merlyn
