ANDERSON, Gordon Allan: Of Feilding. Passed away peacefully at Woodlands Rest Home on Thursday July 14, 2022, in his 98th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Sheila, much loved Dad of Yvonne and Neil (Christchurch), Lynette (Melbourne), Barbara and Mark (Feilding), Helen and David (Colyton), Shona and Raymond (Feilding), loved grandad of his eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held. Messages to the Anderson Family, C/o 29 Beattie Street, Feilding 4702, The family wish to acknowledge the staff and management of Woodlands for their love and dedication shown to their Dad for the last 6 years.

Wow what a great age your father lived to, must have been all the hard work on the farm on Taipo Road, Rongotea I vividly remember the days when I used to visit your place, as I had only brothers it was nice to be with girls. Your father willingly let me have a calf to show at the Rongotea Calf Day. I would either bike or go on the bus with you after school, to your place to groom and lead it . I remember those days fondly with your Mum and Dad and all the girls making me welcome My sympathy to you all, what lovely memories you must have and it does remind me of those happy, reasonably care free days Many warm wishes to you all, especially Yvonne who was my friend in the same class at school Blessings and condolences Karen Amey
