Deepest sympathies to the Bayley Families. I first ran into Grahame playing hockey against Patea and also Hawera . Grahame was a fierce competitor on the field but very much left what happened on the hockey field on the hockey field. You could always go and have a beer and a talk with Grahame after the game. I was also very fortunate to have Coached and Managed with Grahame in Taranaki Junior representative teams. Grahame on behalf of Taranaki Hockey Thank You for all you put back into our game. Hockey became a better because of what you put in. Lastly to your family very sorry I could not make it today. I know Grahame will be in our memories for ever Allister & Elaine Thomas

Deepest Sympathy to the Bayley Families. Thank you for the opportunity to see the funeral service virtually for this unique Chap. I was touched by the way Grahame approached me at a function, just not many years ago, showing his interest in how my life is going after some sad events I had been going through. Also chatted about Patea days and our Families. I shall never forget that moment. R.I.P.Grahame.

I am so sorry to hear of Grahame's passing. I saw him every day, working at the Freezing Works, we always talked ,weather it be about work, music that we both enjoyed, memories of old party days in South Taranaki (can't say much about that) or his deep water swimming. Really enjoyed his relaxed and happy manor. Condolences to his whole family, I just know you will miss him so much. I will always remember him.
