Born 1927 passed away July 24 2022.
Very dearly beloved Mum to Brent, Robyn and Suzanne, loved mother-in-law to Sheryl and Ian, adored nana to Jeremy, Jarrod and Kristen, her husband Derek and grand-nana to their children, Harper and Indie (UK).
Mum taught us manners, made a mean pavlova, loved a good joke and she and Dad campervanned around many countries with her finger perpetually on the map.
Mum loved her family dearly and we will all miss her dreadfully.
We cannot thank enough, the beautiful staff in the Jasmine Wing at Cantabria for taking such stellar care of Mum. A private farewell and cremation has been held.

Joyce was my first cousin her Mother Bernice was my godmother. I was only 9 when Joyce and Laurie married at St Paul’s Cathedral in Wellington and my mother Jean took me to the service it was magical and I have never forgotten it. To Joyce’s children and wider family my very deepest sympathy and love from the Cabrey family.
