Dearly loved husband of the late Shirley; father and father in law of Grant and Cindy, Ashley and Andree; grandfather of Ben, Riley, Corey and Chris.
A celebration of Frank's life will be held in Osbornes Funeral Directors Chapel, 197 Old Taupo Road, Rotorua on Sunday, 31 July, at 2:00 pm.
