Dear Craigy and family, I wish I could be with you today to farewell Chris. When the flights were cancelled this morning due to fog I was gutted. Chris was a larger than life figure to me. At turns hilarious, courageous and immense in his presence. I know he loved you Craigy - and I will never forget him facing off with your neighbors who were trying shut down a CIAO concert on your back lawn. He may not have 'got it' but he absolutely got it where it mattered. He was our Malcolm McLaren. All my love.

We will miss you, old friend, both popping in to see us expectantly, with stories of you & Raewyn's adventures & tall stories, too. Lots of great fun memories of our early years, together with our Families in Blockhouse Bay & Baylynn. Our Love & Hugs are with you Raewyn & Family, at this very hard time. A huge hole in your hearts, that can never be filled, but beautiful memories will see you through these trying times. Our Craig, Scott, Sharon & especially Christine as you gave her the 1st job she ever had in Kaurilands Dairy, send their love too. We will be watching on Saturday but sadly, we cannot be there with you all. Wonderful Memories. Brian, Marlene & Family, Bay of Islands.
