We are saddened to hear of Janet's early departure from our world. We appreciate Janet's passion led to the establishment of a fabulous Montessori Preschool which our 3 children, Benji, Jamie and Jessica, had the privilege to attend and be guided by "Little Janet". Our condolences to her children and grandchildren. Janet will forever be in our memory.

I have had the privilege of visiting Janets work centre supporting her team in their work with young children. She was such an advocate for the care and education of preschoolers, always professional, warm and kind and always setting a high standard. I extend very sad condolences to the family, such a loss for your all and kind thoughts are with you.

Little Janet epitomised the following attribute. She supported and guided tamariki and Kaiako individually and collectively for the good of the community/humanity. “Hapaitia te ara tika pumau ai te rangatiratanga mo nga uri whakatipu”.
