Rest in peace Gag. Thank you for all the memories and being an amazing grandad! I miss seeing your bright smile and hearing your laughs fill the room while we would watch Benny Hill together. Love you so much and I miss you so much

Rest In Peace Don. A man of few words but respected and looked up to by many. I will remember you fondly and our trips to the races in the truck listening to Kylie Minogue. I loved your old stories and grateful for the knowledge you shared, I don’t think I’ve met a better horseman. It was great seeing you enjoy your grandkids who love you very much. You’ve had a full life, worked hard and deserve your rest now. ‘Till we meet again xx

Our thoughts and well wishes are with Pat and her family. On the few occasions we had the pleasure of Don's company, on his and Pat's rare visits to Mike and Rebecca in Brisbane, we remember with fondness our Hogsbreath's visits and Don's aversion to anything on his plate that spoiled his enjoyment of his steak. Recounts of his working life with horses were always relayed with passion. His understated humour and endearing nature will be sorely missed. RIP, Don.
