Peacefully at the MaryAnn Rest Home, Stratford on Monday 22nd of August 2022, aged 75 years. Dearly loved son of the late Charlotte and Harry Rowland. Loved brother and brother in-law of Flo and Ted Perrett (both dec), Joy and Ken Clough (both dec), Coral and George Hartley (both dec), Maurice (dec) and Shona, Wallace (dec) and Denise, Gail and John O’Keeffe (dec), Max (dec), Lois (dec). A service to celebrate Alan’s life with be held at St Pauls Church 41 King Street, Opunake on Friday 26th August at 12:00 noon, after which he will be laid to rest at the Opunake Cemetery.
