My thoughts are with the Family at this time. Smoky and I did our time at Burnham military camp together and had lots of laughs there. We served our apprentice ships at the same time and mixed a lot when we were young blokes so again some good times and laughs. I visited him about 12months ago ,had a cup of coffee and a good old yak for 3 or 4 hours. Sadly this has now come to an end. Rest in Piece Mate. (Sorry I could not be at your farewell.)

Ian to us as a family we will always hold you close to our hearts . Thank you for our fond memories of time spent with you both at the museum and at your home . You were always welcoming and we loved finding out about your past adventures right back to your childhood years of riding the Glen hope railway .
