RYDER, Anne Irene; Passed away at Nelson Hospital on 29 August 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Rodney and Jenny, Julie-Anne(dec) and Terry, Karen, and Vicki and Rick.
Much loved grandmother of Ben, Cindy, Nathan, Kimberley, Becky, Craig, Brendan, Jake and Yolanda. A loving great-grandmother of Dion, Callum, Mila, Ollie, Flynn, Hudson and Eric.
A service for Anne will be held at Club Waimea, 345 Lower Queen Street, Richmond on Monday, 5th September 2022 at 11 am.

Anne was strong spirit, a fighter with a golden heart. I will remember her welcome when visiting and her cheek. Her zest for life was inspirational.
It was a privilege to be part of Mrs Ryders beautiful funeral service, as I’m out of town. A beautiful lady excellent boss at New World for my first full time job. Mrs Ryder was always very patient, kind, dedicated, and gave her job 100%. After owning our own supermarket for the last 10 years, I can appreciate all Mrs Ryders hard work and many hours she put in for Mr and Mrs Courtney. Mr Courtney what a beautiful Speech you gave, she was a star player. Thanks for the kind memories you have left us all. RiP Mrs Ryder you will be missed by many people
It was an absolute privilege to be on line at Anne's service. This was certainly an amazing women. As a close colleague of Rodney's I was amazed in his eulogy the things he described as some of her qualities I find exactly replicated in him! This was an impressive service reflecting the great energies and success's of Anne. Wonderful to see the great pride all had in being part of her life. Sincerest condolences to all.
Always a great lady will miss your naughty quips and cuddles love you always
