We first met Peter in the 60’s through our father’s connection with BA, or BOAC, as it was then. He remained a valued and faithful friend to our father until his passing in 2003. We were fortunate to keep in contact from time to time since then and he was much welcomed at some of our family gatherings. He remained a true gentleman, never forgetting a name, and showing a genuine interest in what people were up to. Peter is already missed but will never be forgotten for his connection to our family and especially for being the best friend our father could have wished for. Since I met Peter in 1973 we had so many happy years through our love for being British, employed by BA, active soccer players and supporters, his team was Chelsea and mine was Leeds. What a great work ethic he had, successful and very well respected in our industry. His passing is a great loss to so many of us oldies.
