My darling Jill, You have been one of the bright lights in my life, and will always continue to be. I will never forget the day I met you!! You were filling up your car at the BP station in Hobsonville when I came out to help you. You told me you had been to the temple in Hamilton recently and was now getting gas for the mower🤣 You are one of the kindest people I know, you always encouraged me to have faith❤️ we have shared many laughs, you held me in my sorrows & shared my joyful moments. It's not often that you meet someone who leaves such an impression on your soul...and your light will always shine for me. I love you my dearest friend, I can't wait to hug you again. You will live on in the stories and memories I will share with my girls, and I will remember you with love always. Always in my heart Jill..untill we meet again💗

I will forever be grateful for the love and patience you had for me. You ignited my passion for family history, and for that I cannot thank you enough! I still remember the conversations we'd have while walking around the greenhouses and doing some gardening! You made me a better women. Thankyou for your love and example.

Back in 1997 when I lived with Jeff and Steph Pilling. I spent a fair bit of time with Jill. She was always busy helping others. She was busy in the garden and looking over little ones. While helping her with different errands I learned a lot about what really matters. I was 18 yrs old and struggling with church and life. She was so kind to me and never judged me. I’m a better person because of her example. What a life she lived and now it will continue with her family on the other side of the vail. I’m sure she has given my mom a hug already and many more. We love you Jill! From Kyle and Danielle and the rest of our family.

Just learned your family news this evening ♥️ Just loved Sister Palmer, whom I have admired, for her wisdom, her practical outlook, her humour, her sheer joy in her family, her unwavering testimony of the Gospel teachings. She touched my life in years past, one special memory for me was to participate as an extra, in doing family sealings for her, in the Temple. So enjoyed being present , to see her joy & love for her Family History work ♥️. May peace & joy be in your hearts, at this time of parting, as you knew her happy anticipation of finally being with loved ones on the other side of the veil. An extra hug to you Stephanie, for your time, care & devotion to your mum. Your mum is a special person, how blessed you all are ♥️ Love from Sonja
