Passed away in hospital on 8 November 2022, aged 76 years. Dearly loved husband toElizabeth, much loved dad and father-in-law, to Angela and Simon, Michelle and Richard, Brenda and Peter, and Anthony and Nicky. Loved Poppa to Liam, Caitlin, Ella, Rosie, Neve, James, Millie, Patrick, Mack, Arlo and Tilly! Pat was indeed a great friend to many, many more! Heaven has gained one of themost kind-hearted souls. You were so hardworking, determined, kind-hearted and funny. You always put family first. We will all miss you so much. Patrick's Funeral Mass will be held at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 260 Chapel Road, Flat Bush on Tuesday 15 November at 11am followed by a private cremation.
