TWOMEY, Alice Mavis (nee Williams). Passed away at home suddenly on Saturday 19th June 2021 aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Desmond Twomey. Loved mother and mother in law of Susan and Seamus, Stephen and Bernadette, Anne Marie, Lizzie and Johnny. Grandmother and great grandmother of Andrew, Anne, Clara, Corrin, Brad, Tammy, Maddison, Layla, Matthew, Amber, Harrison, Ethan, James, John, and Elliot. Our thanks to the Enliven staff especially Debbie, Momina and Ofa who have been caring, kind and professional. Special thank-you to the Countdown Staff at Three Kings where mum and dad shopped for more than 50 years, especially Junior and Leanne. Sincere thanks to all mums' neighbours, neighbourhood walkers, dog walkers and passers-by who became friends as mum waved out to them from her picture window. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Alice will be held at the All Saints Chapel , Purewa Cemetery, 100-102 St Johns Road, Meadowbank, Auckland at 12 pm on Tuesday 29th June 2021.
