Born in Sheffield, Yorkshire in 1943, Sue passed away peacefully on August 27th, 2021, aged 77 at Aria Gardens in Albany. Sue is much loved Mum to Peter and mother-in-law to Rochelle and her love, guidance, wisdom and humour will be forever missed. Her gre.co.nz pride were her grandchildren Andrew, Aimee and Dylan who will miss their Gran and the fun they all had together. She leaves behind John her partner of many years but re-joins her husband and first love, Terry, in a better place.

Thoughts are with her from her English family, especially her sister Ann and brother Peter who will raise a glass of whiskey to remember their beautiful and vibrant sister. Friends are the family we choose and Sues’ New Zealand family are also mourning her loss. Pauline and Robin, Dorothy and Steve, and Hazel and Alan (sadly also passed) have been our adopted family for over 40 years and their love and support are felt as they too remember their great confidant, companion, and much treasured friend.
