CARNEY, Joan Florence (nee Pleydell). Born March 25, 1930 passed away peacefully at Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital in the early morning of Thursday 31 March 2022, aged 92. Joan was a much-loved wife of Leo and partner to Sid and Ron, a beloved sister to Dawn (Turner) and devoted mother to Karen and Kevin. We would like to give our thanks to the home's staff, especially to those in Nikau House 2, who so gently and warmly cared for Joan during her last years. Joan will be missed by many and a gathering to commemorate Joan's life will be held at Grange Manor, 400 Dominion Road, Mt Eden on Monday 11 April 2022 at 10.30am
