DOWNES, Patricia Lois St John (Pat). On 27 June 2022, peacefully, surrounded by family, at Elizabeth Knox Rest Home, aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Max, and beloved sister to Jill and Michael. Much loved mother of Cathy, Tim, Anne and Elizabeth. Dearly loved mother-in-law of Jennifer, Patsy and Phil. Cherished grandmother of Margaux, Douglas, Sam, Hannah, Bill, Scarlett and Wilson. Great grandmother of Amelia, Jack, Max, Olivia, Paddy, Stella and Clementine. A family service was held and Purewa Cemetery, Auckland on 30 June. Special thanks to the staff at Elizabeth Knox Rest Home, who cared for Pat beautifully over the past three years.
