POWELL, Joyce Edith (Joy). Peacefully on 5 August 2022, aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Herbert. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Kevin (deceased), Janice and Adrian, Rose-Marie and Jonathan. Much loved grandma of Jonathan and Julia, and Lauren, great grandmother of Harriet.
