ROWE, Brian John. Died peacefully on 3 September 2022 at the Grace Joel Retirement Village, St Heliers in his 96th year. Much loved brother, husband, father, grandfather and great- grandfather. A Service to celebrate Brian's life will be held later this week, with details to be confirmed.
