I first met Craig in 1986 when we were in NZ on our honeymoon. We enjoyed meeting all the Vickers and extended families. Then enjoyed having Craig come visit us and stay for a few months in about 2000. He was SO good with our children. I valued his presence and influence in our home at that time. He was calm, kind, funny, upright and just an all around wonderful friend that will be missed. Marilyn Massey

Well I’ve known Strib for a few years. Always had the time of day for you and always happy to have a chat. He and Johnny were visiting in Canada - we were out for dinner one Sunday eve with a bunch of young kids when Sally and Roy Taylor came and told us of Jack Perry’s passing. That was probably about 1981? When I’d come home to NZ and usually at Ngaere we’d have a yarn and even when his memory was failing he was always interested in your life and loved ones. I won’t forget the big Kawasaki and the great coat he wore back in the 70’s. But even more I’ll remember his kindly spirit. So glad to be able to watch the service from Yuma Arizona tomorrow while we are visiting Ralphs daughter and family. Special thoughts to you all there Love Ralph and Denise Newman
