Federick Edward (Fred) Pointon.  18,19 and 20th Regiment WWII. Passed peacefully on 13 November 2022, in his 100th year. Loved father and father-in-law of Annette and Tad; Denice; Vanessa and Kevin. Grandad of Andrew, Kristina, Sandi and Abi; Aaron and Bevan; Kirsty and Vance; and their Partners. Great Grandad of Harrison, Samuel, Izzy, Laura, Georgia, Brooklyn, Ruby, Jaiden, Tyla Jane, Isabelle, Freddie, Korbyn, Kiana, Karson, Kade, Nate and Bree.
Heather, forever loved by Fred. Loved older brother of  Sylvia (Australia) and Des, and those who have passed, Rose, Dave, Neil, Win and Gordon. One of nature's truegentleman. We thank the Staff of Glenburn's Rata Ward for their loving care. A service to celebrate Fred's life will be held at the Central Park Chapel of Davis Funeral Care, 150 Central Park Drive, Henderson on Friday 25 November at 1.30pm
