Tributes

You will not be forgotten dear cousin John, especially your big smile and joviality that were part of your larger than life personality. I will remember the lovely visits we had as youngsters to your parents home and we would play a fun game of pool after dinner. Our grown up lives took us in different directions but there are so many memories of you that I will treasure. Rest in peace now dear cousin, your work on your beloved farm is done. My sincere sympathy goes out to Stephanie, your children and grandchildren. My thoughts are with you all at this sad time. Marilyn Billett-Thomas

John we cannot understand the reason why you have gone, know in your land you have found a connection. Returning to the earth from which you came. Whilst Evey moment was not easy and not every memory edged in gold, we have pleasant memories. Vic and Rose Gardiner

To John Birchlers family, I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember John he was larger than life. He drew people to him. His cheekiness, laughter and smile will never be forgotten. He tried to be tough but he was a big teddy who loved his family and friends. You went too soon my dear cousin. We will miss you but we will always remember you in our hearts. Cousin Karen Neeson

John - a man who portrayed himself as a rough, tough guy but who was a marshmallow underneath. Hard to grasp that he is not with us anymore. Heartfelt sympathy to Steph, Elstin, Rondelle, and Selena; and to Allen, Kevin, Colin, Maurice and their families.

To all the Birchler family; John is going to be missed by all a man that was larger than life in so many ways. He will always be remembered, not just by family by many others as he had a wide network of friends. There are no words that can ease the pain of Johns "taken to soon" passing. See you on the other side my friend!
