You were a dear friend to us Dave and we will miss your smiling face. We were only sorry we could not be there to say goodbye in person but you were in our thoughts. You have a lovely family and we know you will never have to worry about them so when you are looking down on them it will be with love and pride. RIP dear friend.

Sorry to hear of Dave’s passing my condolences to Jan and all his family met Dave when we were twelve years old went to school with him sailed the world with him friends for sixty years he will be sadly missed R.I.P

I was very sorry to learn that David had passed away and would like to offer you my heart felt and deepest sympathy in your loss. I got to know David quite well through living near by in Torbay St for many years and I always thought what a fine man he was and I am sure that he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
