Tributes

I know Keith if he was here with us today, he wouldn’t want us to share grief and sorrow, instead, we believe his desire would be to focus on the happy memories and joyful experiences shared over all his many years he lived. Keith was a man who set a lasting impression on everyone he met, his kind eyes, good humour and his big smile would always bring life into any room, Michial can't say enough about his uncle Keith, he always enjoyed his uncle visiting the family, travelling all the way from New Zealand, so many happy memories. Later in life he also visited Michial and I in our very first home we were renovating in Birkenhead Point, Sydney. Michial's Uncle Keith showed so much interest in our 100 year old home, our renovations, our stories, our lifestyle, Michial's work as a young designer, they had so much in common. What we loved most about Keith was his energy, his love for life, we loved all his stories, some stories were told until the wee small hours of the morning, a couple of visits from Keith and Keith’s uncle Arthur (Michial's great uncle) gosh what a hoot they both were together, we even seen the sun rise and all craving breakfast and by memory, I still remember Ngarie, his little sister rousing on him, ‘what the bloody hell are you still doing up’ (mind you, with a big smile on her face and putting the kettle on), I still remember how sore my cheeks were from laughing most of the night, Keith loved making people laugh, he loved smiles, if you didn't have one he certainly made every effort to see one on your face and he never once failed. We love you Uncle Keith... we will be forever grateful for every moment we spent together. So here is to one AMAZING Uncle, one AMAZING man, who really Loved & Lived life to the fullest... you were an inspiration! We will never forget you... your name will be remembered for a long time, and your story will be told for generations. xox
