A much loved brother and brother in law of Brian and Sue, Lindsay and Lynn, Malcolm and Diana. Adored uncle of Yvette and Campbell, Lisa and Mike, Matthew and Caroline, Angela, Ariel and Rebecca. Great Uncle to Jake, Micah, Carol, Hollie, Marcus, Tristen, Jamie, Matthew and Cody. A special friend of Richard and Wendy Ashenden.
A service for Chris will be held at St Mary's in Holy Trinity, 446 Parnell Road, Parnell on Friday 23 December 2022 at 1PM.

Chris had a great love of the Antarctic and was inspired in life by the great explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton. When Chris faced his final challenge he demonstrated courage, dignity, determination and strength of character, traits he so admired in his champion.
