On 24th December 2022, Chris lost the battle. Son of Harry and Joan Delamare. Loved husband of Jan. Brother to Harry (John), David, Jennifer (deceased) and Peter. He will be sadly missed by all his family. A private cremation will be held. A celebration of Chris' life will take place at the Manukau Memorial Gardens Chapel, 361 Puhinui Road, Wiri on Saturday 14th January 2023 at 1.00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the wonderful people at Totara Hospice through the lonk on this page.

Chris was a wonderful loyal man. He was an apprentice building my first house over 50 years ago and he and Jan valued and respected clients ever since. I will sadly miss his cheerful smile and positivity. Without doubt a man in a million. The photo of Chris on the front of his funeral order of service captures his personality perfectly. You will not be forgotten.
