I was very saddened & shocked to hear of Gays passing. I rang Gay a few months ago . We chatted about Michael, their life toegther and the beautiful job she'd done on his families burial site. Gay was a beautiful soul, kind, genuine and funny. My thoughts and love go out to Gay's family at this very sad time.

Many memories of Gay, from Plunket committee, various school committees & with Bob friends with Sharlene at school. Gay gave her very best to every task she undertook, willing to do whatever needed doing. May your loving memories keep you strong. Sincere sympathy from all of the Buckham family.

Had lots of fun and laughs over the years, particularly when we were doing up the Plunket house years ago! Always up for a challenge! I grew up with Gay just up the road from us. She was older (my brother Gavin's age). Gaye was a good friend, a unique person who knew her own mind and thought and willingly constructed shared them. I had more dealings with her when I was Vicar of Waitara 1986 - 1991.i found Gay to be a givin, caring and supporting and she. Passes on the baton of the Griffiths legacy to Nathan and Shelly.
