Peacefully on 4 January 2023 in her 93rd year. Dearly loved wife of the late Sandy. Loved mother and mother in law of Simon and Leah, Tim and Arthur, and Andrew. Beloved Grandma to Charlotte. Devoted teacher at Laingholm Primary School. A Memorial Service will be held at Grange Manor, 400 Dominion Road, Mount Eden on Monday 9 January 2023 at 1.30PM.

Dawn Milne was a gentle and gifted lady, a natural teacher. She knew how to deal with others with only love and decency. Her friendship and kindness toward our family, Yates family, is of long standing. She is remembered with deep affection by all of us this side of the Tasman. From Adelaide and Perth: Shirley, Greg, Milton, Mel, Richard, Shane, Catherine, Paul, Trenton, and Nyssa.
