Passed away unexpectedly on 13 January 2023 aged 67. Youngest son of the late Jack and Nancy Devenport; brother to David (deceased), Rosemary, Fred and Lillian (deceased). Loved father of Cole and Isaac. A celebration of Victor's life will be held at 11am, Friday 20 January at St Paul's Church, 28 Symonds Street, Auckland.
