Early hours this morning, 18 Jan 2023, Charlie passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving whānau. He is now reunited with his parents, the late Jack Hohua Biddle (Ngāi Tūhoe, Te Whānau a Apanui) and Terehia Dele Biddle (nee Maui-Ngoungou – Ngāti Pūkeko, Ngāti Awa); and brothers Robert, John, Mita, Derek, Hohepa, Ronald, Phillip and Daniel.

Our beloved Friend, Husband, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, Dad and Koro is survived by his loving sisters Makurata & Phillipa and brother Paul; and children Beannie, Tina, Ronald, Jamie, Danielle, Ranui, Harrietta & his many mokopuna.

NGĀ WHAKANEKENEKE

Charlie is with his whānau at the Biddle homestead in Poroporo. He will be taken to Pukeko Marae at 11am on Thurs 19 Jan and stay for one night until his final service at 11am on Friday 20 Jan. Following the service, Charlie will be taken to Te Pāroa urupā at Taiwhakaea (near Whakatāne Golf Club).
