A great totara has fallen. It is with sadness, respect and admiration for Alistair that the family of ETL Group extend their deepest sympathy to Karen and Family for their loss. Alistair joined the ETL Group Family in 2007 providing outstanding service across the three companies that made up Offshore Solutions, those being ETL Group, Seaworks and Swire Pacific Offshore. Alistair’s skills were an integral part of the success of all the companies involved in a wide range of high risk and complex marine operations. It is heartbreaking to hear the lose of Alister. He was an incredible Man of God. Your Faith in Lord was always strong when we were at the same Church together back with the members of Faith Bible Church You get to be with the Lord. I will miss your encouraging words. I have fond memories of out times together in New Plymouth and Auckland with Al and Hannah remembers well some extreme pétanque in your garden early last year. Hi Karen I'd just like to offer my condolences to you and family on the passing of Alistair. I have worked with Alistair for a number of years in his capacity as HSE manager (one of his roles!!!) at ETL. During our time working together I found Alistair to be a thoroughly decent and honest gentleman with a quick wit and professional to the letter even in the midst of a major investigation. I was wondering how he was doing only last week and made a plan to enquire of him at our scheduled ETL meeting next week but he has gone and beaten me to the post.!!!
