Bereavement panui on behalf of Hura Whanau regarding the passing of their beloved Rangatira, Te-Koki Hura who sadly passed away on Thursday 28th January 2021 in Lower Hutt, surrounded by his loving whanau. Matua Te-Koki is currently laying in state at the whanau Whare in Wainuiomata. Whanau have advised Matua will depart for Wainuiomata Marae later this afternoon, where he will lay in state for the duration of his tangihanga. Whanau have advised a Funeral Service will take place, Monday 1st February 2021, followed by a private cremation.
